We are seeking a proactive and communication-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to support sales and client relationship activities for investment and business services. The role involves handling client communication, managing follow-ups, drafting professional emails, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in lead conversion and deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a professional approach, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the VP of Sales on high-value investment client handling
  • Manage end-to-end client coordination via emails, calls, and follow-ups
  • Draft and send professional pitch emails for investment opportunities
  • Understand client requirements and align them with suitable investment services
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to build and convert leads
  • Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support in closing deals by assisting in client queries and documentation
  • Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong email drafting and client handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with senior stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of investment or financial services (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented
