We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and client acquisition for immigration and business migration services. The role involves generating leads, consulting clients on visa and investment migration options, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth case execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, experience in business development, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and lead generation activities. Understand client requirements related to business migration, investment migration, and international expansion services.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting company services related to immigration, business setup, investor visas, and global mobility solutions. Prepare customized proposals, conduct consultations, and convert leads into successful clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous follow-ups, timely communication, and professional relationship management.
  • Client Consultation & Counselling: Guide clients regarding immigration pathways, visa categories, documentation requirements, investment criteria, timelines, and process expectations for countries such as the USA, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, and other business migration destinations.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with operations, legal, documentation, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, accurate documentation, and smooth execution of client cases.
  • Documentation & Compliance Support: Ensure clients provide complete and accurate documentation as per immigration requirements. Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain compliance with immigration laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, immigration policy updates, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies, service offerings, and market positioning.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Networking & Brand Representation: Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
