We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Check Manager to oversee the accuracy, compliance, and quality of immigration and business migration cases. The role involves reviewing client documentation, conducting audits, identifying compliance risks, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure error-free case processing. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration operations or quality assurance, strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of visa documentation and compliance processes for countries such as the USA, Australia, UAE, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough quality reviews of immigration/business migration files (U.S., AUS, UAE, NZ programs) before filing or submission.
  • Verify client documents, financial statements, business records and applications for accuracy, completeness and compliance with government guidelines.
  • Identify missing information, inconsistencies or compliance risks; coordinate corrections with case managers and clients.
  • Conduct regular audits of processed cases and report on error rates or process gaps. Maintain audit logs and quality check reports.
  • Develop and update quality assurance procedures, checklists and documentation standards. Drive continuous improvement in QC processes.
  • Train and mentor operations and documentation teams on compliance requirements and quality standards.
  • Handle escalations or complex cases related to operational or documentation issues with professionalism.
  • Meet defined turnaround KPIs: Ensure 100% adherence to timelines for quality checks, and contribute to client satisfaction metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in operations, quality assurance or audit roles within immigration, visa consultancy or overseas education industries. Prior exposure to L-1 visas for USA, and Business/Investor visas for Australia (e.g. Subclass 188/888/NIV).
  • Technical Skills: Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail. Strong understanding of immigration documentation (formularies, financial compliances, business plans, etc.) and quality processes. Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Sheets), Google Workspace, CRM and case management tools. Familiarity with data verification techniques and audit logs.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. High integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications/deadlines. Collaborative team-player and proactive problem-solver.
